What's included in the free trial?
We build your site first — you don't pay until it's live and you've approved it. Once your site goes live, you get 30 days of full access to evaluate everything. No restrictions, no watermarks. If you decide it's not for you, cancel before the 30 days are up and you won't be charged.
What happens at the end of my trial?
Your card is charged for the first month at your selected tier. Setup fees are currently waived, so your first charge is just the monthly rate. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. Moving up is instant. Moving down keeps your current features through the end of the billing period.
What if I cancel during the trial?
No charge, ever. You keep access through the end of the trial period, then your account closes automatically. If you cancel within 30 days of your site going live, we also offer a full refund — no questions asked.
Is there a setup fee?
Setup fees are currently waived for all tiers. Normally $499–$1,999 depending on your plan, but right now you pay nothing upfront. Just your monthly subscription once your site is live and approved.
Do I get my own domain?
Yes — every plan includes custom domain connection. Your site lives on your domain (yourbusiness.com), not a subdomain. We help you connect it during onboarding.
What's the difference between Foundation and Build?
Foundation gives you a professional website, portfolio, lead inbox, and SEO — everything you need to look serious online and capture enquiries. Build adds the full marketing suite: CRM with lead routing, analytics dashboard, social asset library, presentation builder, and priority support with quarterly strategy calls. Most builders start on Foundation and upgrade to Build once leads start coming in.
